Previously they had a site that just acted as an online brochure, and they had to physically direct people there because it wasn’t getting found without this prompting. Now the sites are dedicated to specific products or services and all have one clear purpose. ‘BSO have taken our sites to a SME and even to a large corporate level in terms of professionalism and look. ‘At this stage only one site, the HR Software site has been taken live and it is already showing signs of success.’

These individual sites will also directly target the right audiences for the particular product or service.

This has also enabled them to make informed decisions about the outcomes they want to achieve both now and down the track. Two of the questions that Colin asks when he is talking to someone that he believes might benefit from BSO’s services are; ‘Do you know what people who you are trying to attract to your site are searching for?’ and ‘ What would the impact be on your business if you did know?’ He finds that people respond really well to this and want to know more, which he explains is a part of what BSO do.

Colin’s relationship with BSO...
Colin found an instant connection with BSO, sharing a similar way of thinking, but he feels that they have now developed a very strong relationship and further went on to say that he gives BSO more referrals than anyone else because he values what they do and sees the company as a strong partner to his business. The follow-up that BSO has given Colin is what he describes as ‘fantastic’ and additionally contributes to having a strong relationship with the company.
How BSO contributes to his business...
With BSO creating separate sites for the different areas of his business, it has enabled Colin to keep employees busy, whilst allowing him to focus on the areas that he wants to. Colin believes this will save him considerable time in the future.
Colin sees his new websites as adding another dimension to his business. His website is a 24/7 marketing tool, which will keep topping up business when him and his staff are too busy to chase up business.
Colin’s previous site couldn’t generate leads or collect data nor could he conduct email campaigns from his website. He believes the improvements and additions of the new site and sites will greatly contribute to the way they do business.
BSO have exceeded all expectations, which largely is contributed by the level of advice and knowledge that they have presented, as well as the support and follow-up that BSO provide.
