First of all a website is a work in progress and should continuously be updated, changed and contributed to, to reflect the activity and growth of your business.
As well as being a work in progress, your site also has a limited life span. Depending on the quality of your site to begin with, it should undergo a major upgrade after a couple of years or more, in order for it to work effectively and remain competitive
Your website should be considered as a marketing investment and treated like any investment; give it time to grow and keep a close eye on it!
A cheap option is not always the best option you get what you pay for! Paying for custom design and programming can certainly increase the sites functionality and can achieve more for the money you pay and ultimately what you receive from the investment that you are making
