Bernadette and Leila of Healthy Fundraising already had a Site that wasn’t achieving everything that they wanted it to. What they needed from BSO was a Site that they could update themselves, when they wanted and needed to. They needed a website that would help them to manage customers more efficiently.

BSO were able to give them all the features that they were looking for, but above and beyond this it was the recommendations that they received to employee BSO for their online services. Healthy Fundraising was looking for a Site that would act as an Online Brochure, which would be highly optimised to get found for their chosen searches. Their Site is still in the early stages, and is not ranking as high as they would like for a couple of phrases, but they are continuing to work with BSO to achieve their desired results. The ability to continue working with BSO even after their Site has gone live is a great advantage of working with the company, which was also what Healthy Fundraising needed and wanted from their provider.

Besides the general functions that they wanted their Site to perform their Site has also greatly improved their efficiency in getting information to customers and had sped up their sales process, particularly through the application of auto responders.
Not all tools are being fully utilised at this stage, but with more training and understanding of these tools, Healthy Fundraising will be able to continue to achieve more with their Site.
The Educational Process...
BSO are continuing to provide training and teaching techniques to them so that their desired results are achieved. BSO have also put additional measures in place to assist with this. The ongoing relationship Healthy Fundraising has with BSO has been so important in obtaining the Site that they wanted with all its specific requirements. BSO have already and continues to enlighten them in online marketing tactics.
What they learnt from BSO...
Whilst the company feels that they have learnt so much from BSO, there are 3 key areas that they have learnt about.
1. Bernadette and Leila have already and will continue to learn how the back-end of their Site works, in order for them to not only make any necessary changes themselves, but to also ensure that their Site is performing the best that it can. They additionally made the remark that they have learnt “that it truly is an educational process.”
2. BSO have taught them about having strong calls to action on their Site to convert visitors into customers.
3. Healthy Fundraising now has an understanding of the importance of ranking for a number of keywords, instead of just a couple of general and highly competitive words.
