Updating Websites

Many in business would agree that having a website, which has not been updated in months or even years can damage customer confidence and interest in your business. It needs to contain fresh and meaningful content. What more, it is your online presence, which is the face you’re presenting to the world!

First impressions can be long lasting, and how people feel about the quality of information that you provide on your Web site can translate into either new customers or lost sales (Ricardo Harvin). This quote is also further enhanced from the results of the 2004 Stanford University Internet Users Survey, concluding that ‘people find a Web site credible if it’s current and up-to-date.’
Additionally, don’t forget to review that your contact details are the same if you haven’t updated your site for some time.

You must be able to make any of these changes to your site yourself so when they need to be made, no matter how small or large you can do it right away. Internet users can tell very quickly when a site is out of date, so we urge you to make sure that yours isn’t!

Customers are also constantly looking for better value so your site needs to be able to offer this to them. This may be done in various ways, but it can be as simple as giving them new insights and industry updates or a greater understanding of your products and services.

So we urge you to keep your site updated with fresh and relevant content!

Our Website Management System allows you to be able to manage the content and update your site yourself.
